What you will do
Help founders and finance teams with cards, payments and account questions, often while they are in the middle of something urgent. Resolve most issues in the first reply and hand off the rest with a clear note.
What we look for
A year or more of support work, calm under pressure and plain writing. Banking experience is welcome, not required. Evening shift, Sunday to Thursday.
