Summary

The short version sits in the first line of each section. The rest is the detail.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between your business and Merrow Technologies, Inc. Your deposit account is governed separately by the Tidewell Bank, N.A. deposit agreement you accept when you apply.

Using Merrow

You may use Merrow for lawful business purposes of the company that opened the account. You are responsible for the people you invite and the permissions you give them.

Fees

Fees are listed on our pricing page. We give 30 days’ notice by email before any fee increases, and you can close your account at no cost before it takes effect.

Closing an account

You can close your account at any time from Settings once the balance is zero. We may close accounts that break these terms or the law, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Merrow is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Merrow

Business checking, cards and bill pay for US companies with 2 to 100 people.

Merrow is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Tidewell Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. Deposits are insured up to $250,000 per depositor at each program bank and up to $5M in total through Tidewell’s sweep network; insurance covers the failure of an insured bank. Merrow Visa Business cards are issued by Tidewell Bank. Merrow and Tidewell Bank are fictional names used in this template.
