What syncs
Merrow sends a direct bank feed to Xero for each account, with receipts attached and tracking categories filled in where you set a rule. Reconciliation in Xero becomes a matter of clicking OK.
Card transactions carry the cardholder name in the reference field, so you can see who spent what without leaving Xero.
Setting it up
Connect from Settings, Accounting, choose your Xero organisation and map accounts. Existing Xero bank rules keep working.
Apply in about 10 minutes with your EIN and a photo ID. Most companies are approved within one business day, and Essential has no monthly fee.
